ByungCheol f55443b823 fix: 폼 셀렉트 높이를 input·버튼과 통일 (font 상속 리셋) ...

- 네이티브 select 가 폰트 미상속으로 input 과 높이 달라 보이던 이질감 해소
- 전역 input/select/textarea { font: inherit } + select 기본 padding/border 정렬
- CategoryView 대분류 select 폰트 오버라이드 제거
