fix(electron): 설치파일 손상 방지 — win.icon 을 표준 .ico(≤256)로 지정

- 1024px PNG 자동변환 ico(1024 프레임)가 일부 환경에서 손상 인식되던 문제
- build/icon.ico(16~256px, png-to-ico) 생성해 win.icon 으로 지정
