feat: 로그인 없이 둘러보기(데모) — 가계부/고정지출/계좌/분류 더미 + 나머지 로그인 유도

- DemoView: 자체 메뉴로 섹션 전환, 4개 화면 샘플 데이터,
  통계·예산·태그·커뮤니티는 잠금(로그인 유도) 안내
- 공개 라우트 /demo, 랜딩에 '로그인 없이 둘러보기' 버튼, 헤더 타이틀 '둘러보기'
